Shipping and Refund Policy


All orders are processed within 3 - 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processed times are different from shipping times seen during check out. Handmade items can take up to 3 - 12 business days to process and create. Engagement rings and wedding bands can be made between 6 - 8 weeks. If it will take more than 8 weeks to process and create for engagement rings and wedding bands, we will notify you. This may be the case for higher end handmade items that require the handiwork of more than two team members. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Dyme Designs LLC is not responsible for any potential lost packages once the package has been dropped off to USPS. There are two different options for shipping. $3.95 is the flat shipping fee for the option to have your package dropped off without a signature. For orders under $200, you can select the option to have your package dropped with a signature requirement for an extra fee. This helps ensure that you receive your package. For orders over $200, we automatically send the packages with the signature requirement at no extra for you. We insure all packages that are sent out. If there is a lost package, arrived damaged, and or is missing content, please fill out this form, and we will file a claim with USPS.

In-market pickup

As of 10/17/23, we no longer provide in market pick up and do not have pick up options available. 

International Shipping

We currently only ship out to mailing addresses in United States and do not currently offer international shipping. On a case to case basis we can ship to Canada through Etsy invoicing (only available for 14k solid gold jewelry purchases). Please reach out to to inquire. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

For jade items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Certain jade items are covered under our warranty which can be found here. For items outside of our jade items, we can accept returns up to 7 days of contacting us if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This is completed once we have received the item and have accessed its condition. Refund is completed on original payment used for purchase. Once the refund notification has been sent, it can take up to 7 days for it appear on bank statements. The cost for a shipping label is $6.80 and is non refundable. We currently do not provide exchanges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
