The gold that is sourced comes from refiners from the London Bullion Market Association (LMBA) that certify and independently audit that all supplies are traceable and conflict free. Scraps from the metals we use are collected as well so we can melt and reuse these products for future creations. Some of our gemstones are laboratory grown which is a sustainable alternative to mined gemstones. For packaging, we reuse all packaging provided by our suppliers. We use both compostable and recyclable to mail out our packages. Additionally, we have a monthly subscription to Ridwell, which helps us recycle difficult to recycle items. Learn more about our process on our website.
For wholesale/partnership inquiries, please contact us by email at hello@dymedesigns.com.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Our processing times will vary depending on the piece. Learn more about our shipping times on our shipping and refund policy page.
Our warranty policy varies depending on the product. As Jade is a natural mineral, it is susceptible to environmental factors and can be damaged.
Return policies vary by product. Most jade items, including jade rings and charms, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Non-jade items are returnable up to 7 days of contacting us if the item is unused and in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges. Read more at our Jade Care and Store Policy page.
Jewelry Care
Jade can last a lifetime with intentional care. Follow our Jade care instructions for more details.
Jade can be in water and in the ocean, but be mindful to not place it in hot water for long periods of time.
Dyme Designs uses natural jade, including grade A Burmese and Canadian nephrite jade. Learn more about our process on our website.
There are multiple tips to taking care of jade and gold jewelry. Learn more at our Jade Care and Store Policy page.
We use precious metals that are considered hypoallergenic that are paired to the jade jewelry. We use 14k gold filled, sterling silver, solid gold, and platinum. However, please be mindful that individuals can still be allergic to certain types of metals.
Yes we offer these in sterling silver in person at markets. If you are local to Seattle, WA, please visit us in person. You can find the markets that we are at https://dymedesigns.com/pages/events. Finding the right jade bangle size can be tricky, as it depends on several factors—including the bangle’s style and shape, as well as your individual bone structure. Because of this, we highly recommend visiting us in person at one of our markets, where you can try on different bangles to find the best fit. There is always a bangle specialist available to assist you.
Traditionally, jade bangles are meant to fit snugly and may be difficult to put on. To help ease the process, we suggest using lotion or facial oil when slipping the bangle over your hand.
